The introduction of Australian Roland Black was made very impressive at Audioexit. Their smooth minimal-tech pieces have a light funky and dubby tone like hot chocolate on an ice-cream. Although originals have lot of ideas, included remixes can add more to these works but in an other way.
Mr.Rob’s (PCMN) At Home There remix leaves the harassed sound of original and makes stretchy with a bass carpet. Maurel’s live for Backlash has breakbeat and tech-house rhythm lifting the original composition to a more organic world, because the original is for listening oriented rather than dancefloor oriented.
