FUKALTA from Rheydt (M´gladbach), Germany, first started creating music in 2003. This was when he started to play drums. A little later he learned how to play the guitar. He also started to play electronic organs and other exotic instruments. In 2005 he began to create electronic music by sampling sounds and beats of old radios, tapedecks, records, the drumcomputer of his organs and of course his drums. FUKALTA listened a lot to Dark Ambient and Chillout back then, what accordingly is expressed in his soundscapes. In 2008 FUKALTA distributed his first Dubstep LP himself, on which you can clearly recognize the influence of his early rythmless sounds he has teased from his equipment. Now his second Dubstep LP is out on Digibeatmusic. It serves us an experimental, ambient and softer side of dubstep, but be prepared for some surprises.
