A few days ago a email reached me with a new So I´m Jo tune and i am very glad to share “White Bullets” with you. This new piece of music is more ruff and sound a little bit more grown up than the other So I´m Jo tracks according on Entrevoir (download here for free).  The picture above is taken at the last Parklife festival in Sydney Australia. Im looking forward to other new tunes and the final results of the Beat Magazin RMX Contest.

Sydney based electro-disco duo So I’m Jo are Damon Cameron and Glen Cassidy. The sound of this record is a result of many winters and summers trying things, summarised in a productive 2008 with these 6 tunes in particular. They represent adventure and discovery and the beauty of making mistakes.

Influenced as much by the bright fuzz of the disco as it is by the craft of song, Entrevoir is a chance to test, and learn, and then do it again. Using a not so secret recipe of ideas, machines, instruments and error, there is no mystery to this record, just the inspiration from so many different people to be themselves, So I’m Jo.
